Arlene Renee Williams was born on September 12, 1965, in Miami, Florida, to Sandra Lee Williams and Herbert Williams, Jr. (deceased). While living in Overtown, Arlene received her early education at Dunbar Elementary School, and for her high school years, she attended Miami Jackson Senior High, Carol City Senior High, and lastly, MacArthur Senior High School.

Unfortunately, she left school early when she became very ill.  Growing up, Arlene enjoyed school and was very smart. She even received a double promotion from the 8th grade to the 10th grade.

On May 11, 2025. Arlene Renee Williams transitioned from this life.
