Jacquelin Joseph was born on February 18,1941 in Milot, Haiti, son of Felesmin Joseph and Louisa Louis (both deceased). He pursued his academic journey at "École Rurale de Grand-Pré,"and he worked as a Cabinetmaker who specialized in veneering furniture with exotic wood. He migrated to the United States of America in 1980. Making Miami his home, Jacquelin started working very hard as a farmer at GGG Services.

Shortly after coming to the United States, Jacquelin brought his two children, Yvon and Louise over to the United States to be with him. He raised his children as a single father.

In 2012, Jacquelin proudly became a citizen of the United States of America.

Jacquelin passed away peacefully on June 22, 2025, at Manatee Memorial Hospital. May he rest in peace.
