Lascelles was born to proud parents, Johnathan Bailey and Lena Simpson, both of whom instilled in him the values of hard work, compassion, and a love for knowledge. He carried these values with him throughout his life, influencing those around him with his wisdom and kindness.

He leaves behind a loving daughter, Cherryl Stewart, who was a source of joy and pride in his life. His dedication to family was evident in the warmth and support he provided to his loved ones. Cherryl and the family will cherish the memories of his love and guidance.

In accordance with his wishes, Lascelles Earle Bailey will be laid to rest at the Bailey Family Cemetery in John Austin, Jamaica. This serene resting place holds a special significance for the family, symbolizing a connection to their roots and the enduring legacy of the Bailey name.
