Leola Louise Gordon was born in Miami Florida, on April 9, 1951, to Alexander Sr. and Callie Mae Rolle. Leola loved being a mother and instilled great morals and values into her children.
She was a graduate of Miami Northwestern Sr. High School in Miami Florida. Leola married JW Gordon in Melbourne, Florida and gave birth to three beautiful children Jerome, Portia, and Ericka Gordon. Leola loved being a mother and instilled great morals and values in her children.
In her younger years, Leola loved spending time with friends and family, and she was always on the go. She was fun, witty, and an independent soul with a great sense of humor. Leola was dedicated to her family, and she cherished her time with them to include her employer Sandy and her family. Leola enjoyed riding in her mustang vehicle and just overall enjoying life. She had many lifelong friends that enriched her life practically Betty Wright. She also had a great bond with her siblings, especially Alexander and Jackie.
Leola lived in Alpharetta, Georgia with her daughter for many years.
On February 10, 2024, Leola Louise Gordon passed away at Aventura Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Alexander Rolle, Jr., and sister Thelma Rolle of Nassau Bahamas
She leaves cherished memories to her children: Jerome Gordon of Miami, Portia Gordon of Alpharetta Georgia, and Erica Gordon of Miami; brothers: Wilson (Verna) and William Rolle; grandchildren: Randy Gordon, Doniesha Gordon, Lexus Collier, Michael Grier, Jerome Gordon, Jr., Jayla Gordon, Jasma Gordon, Paris Gordon and Kace Gordon; great-grandchildren: Sean Summer, Ciera Foster, Jr., Khazhy and Jernoree, Amari, Amari Butler Jaylin Butler and Amari Butler, Anieha Gordon; Angel Davis, Jackson Anglin; nephew: Dari Rolle, Pastors Hope and Micheal David of Duluth, Georgia and a host of other relatives and friends in Alpharetta, Georgia.
