Lady Marjorie J. Clarke was born July 19, 1936, in Nassau Bahamas she was the second of five children born to the late Alexander Gibson and Dora Simms.She received her early Education in the Bahamas School System. She became a Certified Nursing Assistant in 1976. Lady Clarke worked for the Villa Maria Nursing Center, Catholic Health Services until her retirement. She moved to Miami Florida July 1973 to join her husband Rev. Dr Philip Clarke Jr.On July 3, 1960, Lady Majorie she joined in Holy Matrimony to mthe love of her life the late Rev Dr. Philip Clarke Jr. Their union was blessed by four children Warren, Imogene, Lynden & Tedford. In 1974, Lady Clarke became a part of the St Matthews MB Church, where she served as wife of the pastor for 44 years.Lady Clarke became a member of the 93rd Street Community Baptist Church in 2011 after the passing of her beloved husband. She joined the Mothers Board, and she enjoyed and loved the fellowship of the sisters on that board. She loved and admired her pastor. Lady Clarke was a Godly, Humble, Elegant and Wise Woman. A virtuous woman raising her children in the admonition of the lord while they were young. Making sure they were informed and aware of their born Bahamian Heritage. She cared for her home well making sure it was a place of peace.On Sunday August 11, 2024, Lady Marjorie J. Clarke was called home to be with the Lord. She will be missed by everyone whose life she touched. She leaves to cherish her memories four children:  Pastor Rev. Warren J. Clarke, Imogene C. Garvin, Lynden F. (Latosha) Clarke Tedford P. Clarke (Janice Alexander). Grandchildren: Tamika Dominici, Takeisha Clarke, Brittany Garvin, Danielle Garvin, Emmanuel Garvin, Lynden F. Clarke, Jr., Malachi L. Clarke, Mikeria Barnard, Nakwesia Clarke, Varyn (Marcus) Lewis. Great Grand: Warren C. Dominici, Mari Lewis, Marcus Lewis Jr. Siblings: Susan Gibson, Alexander Gibson, Sidney Simms
