Martin Maultsby, Jr., was born on July 27,1953, to the late Louise and Martin
Maultsby, Sr. in Manor, Georgia. At a young age, the family relocated to Miami, Florida,
where Martin grew up and received his education in the Miami Dade County Public
School system, graduating from Miami Edison Senior High School in 1971.

Martin met and married the love of his life, Edna Walthour Maultsby. Together, they
built a beautiful life filled with love and laughter, and were blessed with two sons,
Martin Maultsby, III and Jabarri L. Maultsby.

With over forty years of dedicated service as a truck driver, Martin navigated the
roads with a steadfast commitment to his work. Later in life, he found spiritual
fulfillment and devoted his life to Christ under the leadership of the late Rev.

Vinson Davis. He actively served in the church life, contributing his time and energy
to the Deacon Ministry, Laymen Ministry, Male Chorus, and as the Servant Leader of
the Couples Ministry.

Known for his meticulous style and larger-than-life personality. A natural comedian
he brought joy and laughter to everyone around him. Martin was truly the life of the
party. He leaves an indelible mark on us.

As we remember Martin, we celebrate a life rich in love, laughter, and a profound
dedication to family and faith. His legacy will forever live on in our hearts.
