The Life of
Michael Clayton Williams
"Mike"
John 3:16: "For God so loved the world that He gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him may not perish but have eternal life."
Hello World
Micheal Clayton Williams was born on February 1, 1957, in Miami-Dade County to Arthur Williams (who preceded him in death) and Louise Watkins. As a baby, Louise knew Micheal would be a charming, loving, and very confident man.
The Scholar
Micheal, also affectionately known as Mike, received his education from Primary Schools in Miami Dade County, later graduating in the Class of 1975 from Miami Beach High School. To most of Miami Dade County, he was known as the longtime All-Star football running back from Little League Boys & Girls Clubs, Miami Beach High {Hi Tides}, and South Carolina University {Gamecocks Football Team}. But, to friends and family, Micheal B.K.A "MIKE" was not just the athlete who led Miami Beach High School to State Championships. He was known as a friend to hundreds, a mentor to dozens, and admired and respected by everyone who came in contact with him.
The Life To Live
Doing Mike's Sophomore year in college. Life would take a huge turn for his football career. Another horrible leg injury Mike would have to say goodbye to his forever passion "Football". He returned to his hometown and High School Alma to be the School Resource Officer for over 15 years until they abolished the position. Going back to his High School was one of the most fulfilling career choices Mike could've chosen -- he spoke long and often about how important it was to him and how meaningful educating and protecting the youth was. Upon becoming a man Micheal would meet and marry (Venturenia Alexander-Williams); from that union, the last of the legacy would be born, Alexander.
Mike would later move on in his career to Miami Norland High where he would become the lead security officer. Retiring after 25yrs of Service from Miami Dade County Public School System.
Mike has dedicated his entire life to his community and career.
He will forever be remembered for his not so simple ways of doing things, or his not so unassuming nature of being different but the way he had such a profound impact on the lives he touched.
A simple obituary cannot fully encapsulate Mikes' life, but it serves as a tribute to a man who was greatly loved and will be sorely missed.
Romans 8:28: "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him."
The Transition
February 19, 2025, God Called Micheal's name and told him, I promised I'd go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. We believe Micheal replied: "Low Down Chariot Let Me Ride."
John 14:1: "Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me."
