Michel Felix, born on March 6, 1952, in Plaisance, Haiti, to Exantus Felix and Adelia Suffrin, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2024. He was a beloved father, grandfather, and cherished community member.

Michel's journey began in Cap Haitien, Haiti, where he pursued his primary education. After schooling, he ventured into various professions, including mechanics and driving. In the late 1970s, he embarked on a new chapter by immigrating to the United States. Initially working on a farm, he eventually established himself in the import and export business, a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic.

Throughout his life, Michel maintained close bonds with lifelong friends, sharing laughter, stories, and memories that would last a lifetime. He was known for his vibrant personality, a knack for entertaining, and unparalleled domino-playing skill, which brought joy to all who knew him.

Above all, Michel's greatest love was for his family. He had a unique way of making everyone feel alive and cherished in his presence. His children, who survived him, Markinson, Nancy, Michael, Mike, Robbie, Rodney, Jayden, Jeffrey, and Jeff, were the pride and joy of his life. His grandchildren, Dominique, Alex, and Gabrielle, brought him immense happiness and filled his heart with love.

In addition, Michel Felix will be dearly missed by many cousins, other family members, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. While he may have departed this world, his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
