Noel G. Alexander, known affectionately as "Joe," was born on March 12, 1952, in the West Indies island of Jamaica, to the late Henry and Gladys Alexander. He received his education in Jamaica before relocating to Miami, Florida, in 1985.

Throughout his life, Noel pursued careers as both a construction worker and an auto body painter, demonstrating dedication and skill in his work. In 1987, fate brought him together with his beloved soulmate, Erma Moore. Their bond blossomed, leading to their union in Holy matrimony on February 19, 1988. Over the span of 35 years, their marriage was a testament to enduring love and unwavering commitment until his passing on December 3, 2023.

Although their journey together did not include children, Noel cherished his role as a father to two sons from a previous relationship, Frank and Errol Alexander, both of whom he deeply loved and cherished.
